FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN EAST WEST VIRGINIA
 
   ...NORTHERN POCAHONTAS COUNTY
 
AT 855 PM...RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL AROUND 2.0 INCHES IN ONE HOUR OVER
POCAHONTAS COUNTY 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF GREEN BANK. THIS RAINFALL WILL
CAUSE FLASH FLOODING ALONG CREEKS AND STREAMS.
 
AREAS NEAR THE MONONGAHELA NATIONAL FOREST WILL BE MOST
AFFECTED...PARTICULARLY ALONG THE NORTH FORK...BLACK RUN...BUFFALO RUN
...SAULSBURY RUN AND MULBERRY RUN.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
