FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN WEST CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA
 
   ...KANAWHA COUNTY
 
THUNDERSTORMS THAT MOVED ACROSS KANAWHA COUNTY HAVE PRODUCED RAINFALL
AMOUNTS UP TO 1.50 INCHES IN AN HOUR...ESPECIALLY IN THE BELLE AND
SURROUDING AREAS SOUTH AND EAST. THIS RAIN IS ENOUGH TO CAUSE FLASH
FLOODING.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERlVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
