THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A
FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  530 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN EAST KENTUCKY
 
   ...BOYD COUNTY...GREENUP COUNTY
 
 
IN SOUTHEAST OHIO
 
   ...LAWRENCE COUNTY
 
ANOTHER ROUND OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL TRACK EASTWARD ACROSS THE AREA BY
300 AM RESULTING IN ADDITIONAL FLOODING PROBLEMS. SMALLER STREAMS AND
CREEKS WILL ONCE AGAIN FLOW OUT OF THEIR BANKS.  LOCALLY ANOTHER INCH
OF RAIN COULD FALL BETWEEN 130 AM AND 300 AM ACROSS THESE COUNTIES.
 
THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE EAST OF THE AREA BY 4 AM WITH THE STREAMS
EXPECTED TO RECEDE SLOWLY.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR LOW SPOTNS IF WATER COVERS
THE ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL
