MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN HAS BEEN FALLING DURING THE DAY AND THE GROUND
HAS REACHED SATURATION IN THE WARNED AREA. SMALL STREAMS ARE REPORTED
BANKFULL...WITH WATER FLOWING OVER THIER BANKS.

OCCASIONAL RAIN AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DROP
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL THROUGHOUT THE EVENING....LEADING TO MORE
SMALL STREAM FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. WATCH OUT FOR MUD SLIDES.
