LASSEN COUNTY NEAR WESTWOOD. THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY
OF LOCALLY HEAVY DOWNPOURS...HAIL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING.
THE SLOW MOVEMENT OF THESE STORMS MEANS HEAVY RAIN WILL
FALL OVER SMALL AREAS AND MAY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.
