EASTERN PLUMAS COUNTY MOVING TOWARD WESTWOOD IN THE SOUTHWESTERN
CORNER OF LASSEN COUNTY. THESE STORMS HAVE FREQUENT LIGHTNING...
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND HAIL. THE STORMS ARE MOVING SLOWLY
AND MAY CAUSE LOCAL FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND WASHES.
