OVER THE CITY OF WINSTON-SALEM AND THE STORM IS NEARLY STATIONARY.
RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW AS MUCH AS 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN
OVER PORTIONS OF FORSYTH COUNTY INCLUDING THE WINSTON-SALEM AREA
IN THE PAST HOUR. FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY OVER PORTIONS OF THE
COUNTY ESPECIALLY AROUND AND TO THE EAST OF WINSTON-SALEM. MOTORISTS
SHOULD BE ALERT FOR PONDING OF WATER AND FLOODING ESPECIALLY ON
