IN EAST CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA ...NORTHERN JOHNSTON COUNTY AT 340 PM...A WEATHER SPOTTER IN NORTHERN JOHNSTON COUNTY REPORTED 3 TO 4 INCHES OF WATER AROUND ARCHERS LODGE. HEAVY RAINS HAVE BEEN OCCURRING OVER NORTHERN JOHNSTON COUNTY FOR THE PAST HALF AN HOUR AND LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED ANYWHERE EAST OF A LINE FROM CLAYTON TO SELMA.
