IN SOUTHEAST IDAHO ...NORTH CENTRAL POWER COUNTY AT 350 PM DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR ESTIMATED OVER 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN IN THE PAST HOUR ABOUT ONE MILE SOUTH OF AMERICAN FALLS. ADDITIONAL STORMS CONTINUE TO EFFECT THIS AREA ADDING TO THE PRECIPITATION TOTALS. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
