IN SOUTHEAST IDAHO ...NORTHEASTERN CASSIA COUNTY DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATES NEARLY 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN OBSERVEALONG INTERSTATE 84 ABOUT 1 TO 3 MILES SOUTHEAST OF THE INTERSTATE 84/86 INTERCHANGE OR ABOUT 7 MILES EAST OF DECLO. THE STORM RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS HEAVY RAIN IS NEARLY STATIONARY AND CONTINUING TO PRODUCE EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS OF PRECIPITATION. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
