000 TTAA00 KPHL 222113 TORPHL NJC019-222145- BULLETIN - EAS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PHILADELPHIA/MOUNT HOLLY NJ 512 PM EDT SAT JUN 22 1996 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PHILADELPHIA/MOUNT HOLLY HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 545 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN NEW JERSEY ...HUNTERDON COUNTY AT 510 PM RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO IN THE NORTHWESTERN PART OF HUNTERDON COUNTY NEAR HOLLAND TOWNSHIP AND BLOOMSBURY. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 TO 40 MILES AN HOUR. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING TOWARD ALEXANDRIA AND PITTSTOWN. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...MOVE TO A BELOW GROUND SHELTER IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE.
