000 TTAA00 KPHL 222050 SVRPHL NJC019-027-035-222145- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PHILADELPHIA/MOUNT HOLLY NJ 448 PM EDT SAT JUN 22 1996 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PHILADELPHIA/MOUNT HOLLY HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 545 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN NEW JERSEY ...HUNTERDON COUNTY...SOUTHERN MORRIS COUNTY...SOMERSET COUNTY A CLUSTER OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WAS INDICATED BY RADAR TO BE MOVING INTO HUNTERDON SOUTHERN MORRIS AND SOMERSET COUNTIES OF NEW JERSEY. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR. LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WIND GUSTS WERE REPORTED IN PARTS OF NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA WITH SOME OF THESE STORMS. A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH CONTINUES FOR EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA TIL 600 PM AND IN NEW JERSEY UNTIL 1000 PM EDT.
