000 TTAA00 KPHL 122212 SVRPHL NJC005-122315- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PHILADELPHIA/MOUNT HOLLY NJ 614 PM EDT WED JUN 12 1996 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PHILADELPHIA/MOUNT HOLLY HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 715 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN NEW JERSEY ...NORTHWESTERN BURLINGTON COUNTY AT 610 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN SOUTHERN BUCKS COUNTY MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEAST AT APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH. THIS STORM WILL BE MOVING INTO NORTHWEST BURLINGTON COUNTY NJ BY 615 PM. THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL...STRONG WINDS... AND TORENTIAL DOWNPOURS. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. PREPARE FOR STRONG DAMAGING WINDS... LARGE HAIL...HEAVY RAINS AND DEADLY LIGHTNING. SHOULD THE STORM APPROACH MOVE INSIDE QUICKLY. DO NOT STAND NEAR WINDOWS. MOBILE HOMES ARE MOST VULNERABLE TO HIGH WINDS AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED. HEAVY RAINS WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND UNDERPASSES VERY QUICKLY.
