FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  930 AM EST
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

ONE-HALF TO ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE WARNING COUNTIES OVER
THE PAST SEVERAL HOURS. STREAMS AND CREEKS WERE ALREADY AT HIGH LEVELS
BEFORE THE RAIN STARTED DUE TO MELTING SNOW. ANOTHER ONE-HALF INCH OF
RAIN MAY FALL BEFORE THE RAIN CHANGES TO SNOW LATER THIS MORNING. THE
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL BRING SMALL STREAMS OUT OF THEIR BANKS...
FLOODING SOME ROADWAYS.
 
BE CAREFUL AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGER OF
FLOODS.  IF YOU GET ANY INDICATION THAT FLOODS ARE
APPROACHING...QUICKLY  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT
IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
