RAIN HAS ENDED BUT RUNOFF IS CONTINUING TO CAUSE FLOODING OF ROADWAYS
AND LOW LYING AREAS ACROSS COSHOCTON AND TUSCARAWAS COUNTIES. SMALL
STREAMS REMAIN OUT OF THEIR BANKS IN MANY AREAS.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT
