FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK
 
   ...ROCKLAND COUNTY...NORTHERN WESTCHESTER COUNTY
 
DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUED TO
MOVE ACROSS ROCKLAND AND NORTHERN WESTCHESTER COUNTIES. SOME FLOODING
HAS BEEN REPORTED ALONG THE PALISADES PARKWAY IN NORTHERN ROCKLAND
COUNTY. RADAR INDICATES ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN A BRIEF
PERIOD OF TIME.
