IN SOUTH WISCONSIN ...ROCK COUNTY AT 120 AM... DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR EVANSVILLE... 20 MILES SOUTH OF MADISON. THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL AFFECT THE TOWNS OF EDGERTON... MILTON.. AND LEYDAN BY 2 AM. EXPECT TORRENTIAL DOWNPORS AND WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.
