FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1130 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS

   ...GLASSCOCK COUNTY
 
MIDLAND DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES AS MUCH AS 4 INCHES OF RAIN
HAS FALLEN ACROSS NORTHERN GLASSCOCK COUNTY LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
EARLY EVENING. RADAR ALSO INDICATES OTHER THUNDERSTORMS WITH
VERY HEAVY RAIN NORTHWEST OF GLASSCOCK COUNTY MOVING EAST AND
SOUTHEAST TOWARD THE AREA INCREASING THE FLASH FLOODING POTENTIAL
ACROSS THE COUNTY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
