IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI ...CRAWFORD COUNTY AT 712 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS DETECTING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN CENTRAL PHELPS COUNTY. IT WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.
