IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI ...MARION COUNTY...MONROE COUNTY...RALLS COUNTY...SHELBY COUNTY AT 1130 PM CDT...ST LOUIS NWS DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHERN MISSOURI FROM NEAR QUINCY...ILLINOIS BACK TO KANSAS CITY...MISSOURI. DOPPLER RADAR IS ESTIMATING ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAINFALL IN ONE HOUR WITH SOME OF THE STRONGER STORMS. AS THESE STORMS MOVE OVER THE SAME AREA TONIGHT...A FLASH FLOODING THREAT IS IMMINENT!!!!
