AT 15 TO 20 MPH ACROSS MONITEAU AND COLE COUNTIES IN CENTRAL MISSOURI.
 
PEOPLE LIVING IN THE TOWNS OF CALIFORNIA...HIGH POINT...BRAZITO...
AND ST. THOMAS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR FLASH FLOODING. THESE RAINS WILL
