IN SOUTH INDIANA ...PERRY COUNTY AT 7:45 AM EDT (6:45 AM EST)...A SLOW MOVING AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS MOVING ACROSS THE COUNTY.
