THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORTH PLATTE HAS ISSUED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  830 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA
 
   ...KEYA PAHA COUNTY
 
AT 745 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED 5
MILES SOUTHWEST OF SPRINGVIEW. THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LARGE
HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS. SPRINGVIEW IS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM. THE
STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH AND SHOULD BE NEAR
SPRINGVIEW BY 800 PM.
 
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A
STRONG BUILDING.  DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS.
STAY INSIDE AWAY FROM WINDOWS UNTIL THE STORM HAS PASSED.
