FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1145 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY

WEATHER RADAR INDICATES THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN FELL
ACROSS NORTHERN PIKE COUNTY BETWEEN BETWEEN 645 AND 745 PM EDT.

A WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED ONE-HALF FOOT OF WATER ACROSS HIGHWAY 194
NEAR GULNARE AT 730 PM. THUNDERSTORMS WITH MORE HEAVY RAIN ARE EXPECTED
TO MOVE ACROSS PIKE COUNTY LATER THIS EVENING.

 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
