FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY

   ...FLOYD COUNTY
   ...PIKE COUNTY
 
AT 720 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO
DEVELOPING NEAR PRESTONSBURG...OR 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF PIKEVILLE. THE
STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH TOWARDS BETSY LANE AND PIKEVILLE.
