IN SOUTH OHIO ...SCIOTO COUNTY AT 800 PM EDT A WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED A TORNADO AT LUCASVILLE IN NORTH CENTRAL SCIOTO COUNTY. THIS TORNADO WAS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST AND WILL PASS CLOSE TO MINFORD BY 810 PM. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...A BASEMENT OR STORM CELLAR OFFERS THE BEST PROTECTION.
