IN SOUTH OHIO ...SCIOTO COUNTY AT 731 PM EDT DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES EAST OF WEST UNION IN ADAMS COUNTY...MOVING EAST-SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH. THIS THUNDERSTORM WILL PASS NORTH OF PORTSMOUTH BY 745 PM...AND CLOSE TO SCIOTO FURNACE BY 800 PM. VEHICLES AND MOBILE HOMES OFFER NO SHELTER FROM A TORNADO.
