TO MOVE INTO WRN OH BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON.  WITH SUN...AREA IS MORE
UNSTABLE THAN MODELS DEPICT.  LOOP FROM KLVX INDICATES STORMS MOVING
MORE NORTH THAN EAST.  MODELS INDICATE UPPER TROF TO DEEPEN WHICH WL
MAKE UPPER WINDS BECOME MORE SOUTHERLY AND RAIN MOVE OVER SAME AREAS
LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.  THUS THINK THAT WITH COUNTY FLOOD
GUIDANCE IN THE .50 INCHES/HOUR AND CURRENT FLOODING PROBLEMS FLOOD
WATCH SHOULD C0NTINUED PER COOORDINATION WITH CLE.
