FF THREAT IS HIGH AS NR 2 INCHES HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN FAR N KY...SE AND EC IN...SW AND WC OH. WOULD LIKE FF WATCH FOR TODAY AND TNGT FOR THIS SAME AREA (AND C OH) AS SERIOUS TRAINING OCCURRING THRU AT LEAST THIS MORNG AND THEN WITH APPROACH OF LOW AND COLD FNT WL LOOK FOR MORE RW/TRW FOLLOWED BY BACKWASH MON NGT INTO TUE.
