IN CENTRAL KANSAS ...MCPHERSON COUNTY AT 430 AM RADAR AND STORM SPOTTERS WERE INDICATING THAT THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS MCPHERSON COUNTY WERE PRODUCING 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN PER HOUR. THE HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH THE MORNING...PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING OF STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS. DO NOT DRIVE INTO MOVING WATER OR TRY TO CROSS FLOODED STREAMS ON FOOT. & MATT
