A VERY MOIST AND EXTREMELY UNSTABLE AIR MASS IS BLANKETING MUCH OF THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO ERUPT ALONG A COLD FRONT MOVING VERY SLOWLY EAST THROUGH EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA.
