IN SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA ...EASTERN CHARLES MIX COUNTY AT 518 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY SIOUX FALLS DOPPLER RADAR 11 MILES SOUTHEAST OF LAKE ANDES OR IN THE VICINITY OF MARTY MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
