IN CENTRAL GEORGIA ...BALDWIN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL GEORGIA ...WESTERN HANCOCK COUNTY AT 641 PM EDT WEATHER RADAR INDICATED SEVERAL SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM NORTH BALDWIN COUNTY TO NORTHEAST PUTNMAN MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. A STRONG UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE OVER THE TENNESSEE VALLEY IS ASSOCIATED WITH A COLD FRONT ALREADY IN NORTHWEST GEORGIA LATE THIS AFTERNOON. THE FRONT WILL PUSH THROUGH NORTHEAST AND CENTRAL GEORGIA DURING THE REMAINDER OF THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING. INSTABILITY AHEAD OF THE FRONT IS JUST MARGINAL BUT MOIST INFLOW INTO THE BOUNDARY COULD SUPPORT SEVERE THUNDERSTORMlS THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS. THE MAIN THREAT WILL BE DAMAGING WINDS.
