000 TTAA00 KATL 170127 SVRATL GAC223-170200- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PEACHTREE CITY GA 930 PM EDT MON SEP 16 1996 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PEACHTREE CITY HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN NORTHWEST GEORGIA ...PAULDING COUNTY AT 928 PM EDT WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER DRAKETOWN ALONG THE PAULDING/HARALSON COUNTY LINE. THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING. REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
