IN NORTHWEST GEORGIA ...FLOYD COUNTY...POLK COUNTY AT 816 PM EDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES WEST OF CEDARTOWN ALONG THE ALABAMA GEORGIA STATE LINE. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 30 MPH. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
