THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTH AND CENTRAL
GEORGIA THIS AFTERNOON.

GEORGIA REMAINS UNDER A WARM MOIST AND UNSTABLE AIRMASS...AND WITH
AFTERNOON HEATING SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP.
SOME OF THE STRONGER STORMS MAY PRODUCE LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WIND
GUSTS AS WELL AS DANGEROUS LIGHTNING. THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED
TO BE SLOW MOVING AND HEAVY DOWNPOWRS OF RAIN MAY CAUSE TEMPORARY
STREET FLOODING.
