A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 5 MILES NORTH OF HONDO MOVING EAST AT
15 MPH.  STRONG WINDS AND LARGE HAIL ARE POSSIBLE FROM THIS
THUNDERSTORM.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WINDS CAN REACH SPEEDS OVER 60 MPH.  THESE WINDS
BLOW DOWN TREES...POWER LINES...AND SEVERELY DAMAGE MOBILE HOMES...
SOMETIMES BUILDINGS.  VERY LARGE HAIL CAN INJURE ANYONE CAUGHT
OUTSIDE.
