IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...GUADALUPE COUNTY AT 4 PM DOPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH HAIL JUST NORTH OF SEGUIN TEXAS MOVING EAST-NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WINDS CAN REACH SPEEDS OVER 60 MPH. THESE WINDS BLOW DOWN TREES...POWER LINES...AND SEVERELY DAMAGE MOBILE HOMES... SOMETIMES BUILDINGS.
