IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...EASTERN BANDERA COUNTY AT 1015 AM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST WEST OF BANDERA MOVING TO THE EAST AT 15 MPH. THIS STORM WILL MOVE ACROSS BANERA BY 1030 AM. SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WINDS CAN REACH SPEEDS OVER 60 MPH. THESE WINDS BLOW DOWN TREES...POWER LINES...AND SEVERELY DAMAGE MOBILE HOMES...
