IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

AT 1225 AM...RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
DAMAGING WINDS 15 MILES WEST OF KERRVILLE IN KERR COUNTY AND
20 MILES NORTH OF FREDERICKSBURG.
 
MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 45 TO 50 MPH.
 
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WINDS CAN REACH SPEEDS OVER 60 MPH.  THESE WINDS
BLOW DOWN TREES...POWER LINES...AND SEVERELY DAMAGE MOBILE HOMES...
