FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  300 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...NORTHERN REAL COUNTY
 
AT 105 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
WITH VERY HEAVY RAINS OF UP TO 3 INCHES AN HOUR OVER NORTHERN REAL
COUNTY ABOUT 20 MILES NORTH OF LEAKEY. THIS PUTS THE STORM OVER THE
HEADWATERS OF THE FRIO RIVER. FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED ALONG HIGHWAY
41 IN NORTHEASTERN EDWARDS COUNTY AND IN NORTHERN REAL COUNTY.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT.
