0MPH. THIS HEAVY RAIN ON TOP OF HEAVY RAIN YESTERDAY AND IN SOME PARTS OF
THE COUNTY TODAY WILL LIKELY CAUSE ADDITIONAL FLOODING OF LOW WATER
