* SOME STREAMS AND RIVERS AFFECTED
    ROCK CREEK AND MIDDLE AND WEST FORKS OF THE TARKIO AND OTHER SMALL
    CREEKS AND STREAMS IN THE COUNTY.

* CAUSE AND EFFECT
    ESTIMATES OF 1.5 TO 2 INCHES HAVE FALLEN OVER WESTERN PORTIONS OF
    THE COUNTY BETWEEN 930 AND 1015 PM.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
    STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE REGION INTO
    THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.
