IN SOUTHEAST LOWER MICHIGAN ...SOUTHEASTERN LAPEER COUNTY AT 1228 AM ... DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO IN CENTRAL LAPEER COUNTY 10 MILES SOUTH OF NORTH BRANCH. THIS STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH AND WILL BE AFFECTING THE COMMUNITIES OF LUM...ATTICA... AND IMLAY CITY BETWEEN 1230 AND 1245 PM. TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.
