* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED

    WASHBURN

* AT 610 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 15 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF WATERLOO MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

* THE STORM WILL BE INTO HUDSON AND THE SOUTHERN PART OF WATERLOO AT
  620 PM CDT.
