* AT 121 AM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR ARMSTRONG
  40 MILES NORTHEAST OF SPENCER MOVING EAST AT 55 MPH.

* THE STORM WILL BE NEAR LEDYARD BY 145 AM CDT.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  DO NOT GO OUTDOORS. DAMAGING WINDS IN
EXCESS OF 65 MPH ARE LIKELY.

 A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT.  SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN
