* CAUSE AND EFFECT
    FOUR TO SEVEN INCHES OF RAIN FELL OVER NORTHEAST BOONE...SOUTHERN
    HAMILTON AND SOUTHWEST HARDIN COUNTIES THIS EVENING...CAUSING
    EXTENSIVE FLOODING OF ROADWAYS. RAIN IS EXPECTED TO DIMINISH
    AFTER MIDNIGHT...BUT SOME ROADS WILL REMAIN FLOODED UNTIL 200 AM.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
    THUNDERSTORMS WILL BEGIN TO DIMINISH AFTER MIDNIGHT ALLOWING
    FLOOD WATERS TO GRADUALLY RECEDE.

DANGEROUS FLOODING WILL CONTINUE FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS AFTER THE
RAIN ENDS.  DO NOT DRIVE INTO FLOODED ROADWAYS.
