WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DEVELOPED ACROSS SOUTHEAST WYOMING
AT 230 PM.  THE STRONGEST STORM WAS LOCATED ABOUT 5 MILES SOUTH OF
WHEATLAND.  OTHER WEAK STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG THE LARAMIE RANGE.
MOST STORMS WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 TO 25 MPH.

THIS INITIAL BATCH OF STORMS WILL MAINLY AFFECT SOUTHERN PLATTE...
SOUTHERN GOSHEN AND NORTHERN LARAMIE COUNTIES THROUGH 4 PM.  SMALL
HAIL...GUSTY WINDS AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING WILL BE THE MAIN HAZARDS
FROM THESE STORMS.

CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR A FEW OF THESE STORMS TO BECOME QUITE
STRONG LATER THIS AFTERNOON...SO STAY TUTNED TO THIS STATION FOR LATER

...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS HAD FORMED OVER SOUTHEAST WYOMING...

AT 345 PM MDT A FEW STRONG THUNDERSTORMS HAD FORMED OVER SOUTHEAST
WYOMING WITH HEAVY RAINFALL AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS.  THE STRONGEST
STORMS WERE LOCATED NEAR CHEYENNE...ONE 25 MILES NORTH OF CHEYENNE
MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 TO 25 MPH...AND ANOTHER STORM 15 MILES SOUTHEAST
OF CHEYENNE MOVING TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

THE NORTHERN STORM...ON ITS CURRENT TRACK WILL AFFECT BURNS BY 445 PM
AND THE SECOND STORM WILL AFFECT CARPENTER BY 415 PM.

THE AIRMASS OVER THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE IN RATHER MOIST AND UNSTABLE.
CONDITIONS ARE THEREFORE FAVORABLE FOR THE DEVELOPEMENT OF SOME
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM THAT PRODUCE LARGE HAIL...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING
AND DAMAGING WINDS.

20 MILES WEST SOUTHWEST OF WHEATLAND. ANOTHER STORM WAS LOCATED 30
MILES NORTHWEST OF WHEATLAND.  THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE
SOUTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.  SMALL HAIL...BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS TO 40 MILES AN HOUR CAN BE
EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS UNTIL 630 PM.
