IN OHIO ...WOOD COUNTY AT 330 PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR DOWLING. THE STORM IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH AND WILL PASS NEAR PEMBERVILLE...SCOTCH RIDGE AND BRADNER BY 4 PM. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
