IN OHIO ...STARK COUNTY...SUMMIT COUNTY A SLOW MOVING SEVERE THUNDERSTORM HAS PRODUCED TORRENTIAL RAINS ACROSS NORTHWEST STARK AND SOUTHEAST SUMMIT COUNTIES NEAR UNIONTOWN OF OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN. THREE FEET OF WATER WAS REPORTED NEAR UNIONTOWN OVER ROUTE 91 AND PONTIUS ROAD. MORE FLOODING IS LIKELY THROUGH 830 PM. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
